The ‘Hyperreal’ Margarita
75ml Tequila - 75ml fresh Lime juice - 25ml Triple Sec - Ice
Rub lime around rim of cocktail glass. Cover a plate with rock salt. Press rim into the rock salt. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake until too cold to hold. Pour into Glass. Enjoy.
The ‘Hyperreal’ Cheeseburger
Brioche Buns - Burger - Cheese - Ketchup - Hot Sauce - Jalapeños
Mix ketchup with hot sauce to create chilli ketchup. Cook burger. Melt slice of cheese on cooked burger. Heat brioche buns in oven until golden, remove and spread chilli ketchup. Place cheeseburger in bun. Add jalapeños on top of the burger. Enjoy with a ‘Hyperreal Margarita’.
